Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dice the green onion and the red pepper into small pieces (think small enough to fit on a chip). Place chopped vegetables in a medium mixing bowl and add 8 oz. crab meat, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup shredded parmesan, 1/4 cup of greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard (optional), and 1 tablespoon Ridgeline Spice Seafood Seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Coat the bottom and the sides of a small/medium baking dish with high heat cooking oil (I use sunflower). transfer the combined ingredients from the mixing bowl to the baking dish, smooth the top and sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan cheese.
Place the baking dish on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling around the edges of the baking dish. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced bread and enjoy!
