Red Meat Seasoning Salt is hands down the star of the show in our Seasoning line. We set out to make a Seasoning blend that would make the naturally rich flavor in red meat stand out. This blend of Red Wine Salt and Spices is great for any red meat Elk, Venison, Beef, and Bison. Use this Seasoning an hour before cooking to let the meat really soak up some flavor!
Ingredients: Red Wine Salt, Garlic, Thyme, Ground Rosemary
Directions
For ground beef and bison remove meat from packaging and form into patties keeping in mind that the meat will shrink when it’s cooked.
For ground elk if it isn’t cut with fat from the butcher you will need to scramble 1 egg per pound of meat and mix together before forming patties otherwise the burgers will fall apart while they cook.
Heat up a frying pan or grill to medium heat (if you’re using a pan coat the bottom with a thin layer of cooking oil).
Sprinkle the patties with Ridgeline Spice Red Meat Seasoning Salt (Use this seasoning like you would use garlic salt). Put the patties directly on your cooking surface, cook to taste, and enjoy!
