Cocoa & Berries Truffles

Ingredients

  • 4 Oz. Cream Cheese

  • 3/4 Cup %70 Cocoa Dark Chocolate chips

  • 3/4 Cup powdered sugar(or Swerve powdered sugar substitute)

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 1 Tablespoon Ridgeline Spice Cocoa & Berries Seasoning + 2 teaspoons to coat

Directions

Makes 6-10 truffles depending on desired size.

  1. Place 4oz of cream cheese(1/2 of a bar) in a microwave safe bowl and soften in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  2. Whisk softened cream cheese with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy looking.

  3. Add 3/4 cup of powdered sugar to softened cream cheese and whisk until combined.

  4. Melt 3/4 cup of dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Heat in 30 second intervals stirring in between so they don’t burn.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture, add 1 Tbsp of Ridgeline Spice Cocoa & Berries Seasoning, and stir to fully combine.

  6. Refrigerate truffle mixture for approximately 1 hour until it is thick enough to roll into balls.

  7. Roll the truffle mixture into balls, and then roll in Ridgeline Spice Cocoa & Berries Seasoning. Refrigerate for 1 hour, serve and enjoy!
