Chocolate Whipped Cream
Ingredients
1/2 Cup of heavy whipping cream
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar(or Swerve Powdered sugar substitute)
1-2 Tablespoons Ridgeline Spice Cocoa & Berries Seasoning

Ingredients: Cocoa(20% Cocoa Butter), Organic Cane Sugar, Blueberry, Pomegranate
Directions
Makes 1 cup of whipped cream
Measure 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream into a medium mixing bowl, or stand mixer.(if you have time freeze mixing bowl 30 minutes prior to speed up the whipping process)
Whip the cream on medium speed with a hand mixer, or in stand mixer for about 10 minutes until it forms stiff peaks. Be patient sometimes this can take a bit depending on the temperature of the cream, and bowl.
Add 2 Tbsp powdered sugar, and 1-2 tablespoons of Ridgeline Spice Cocoa & Berries Seasoning depending on how chocolatey you would like the whipped cream. Stir to combine, and top on berries, cookies, cakes, coffee, and more!
