Seafood Seasoning
from $8.99

We wanted to offer an alternative to the classic Old Bay seafood seasoning. This seasoning blend is perfect for any filet of fish, shellfish, or crustacean. The hints of lemon and dill in this blend make for a delicious flavor profile.

Ingredients: Celery Salt, Lemon Peel, Garlic, Dill, Coriander

Directions

Place a large skillet on the stove and set to medium heat. Coat the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of olive oil.

While the pan is heating lay out your fish filets and pat dry with a paper towel. Coat each fish filet with a layer of Ridgeline Spice Seafood Seasoning.

Place 2-3 fish filets in the heated pan at a time. Cook the fish for 2-4 minutes on both sides(longer for thicker filets). The fish should be easy to flip and slightly golden around the edges. When the fish is finished cooking it should easily flake apart when cut with a fork.
