Johnny’s Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1/3 C Hot water
1/3 C Unsweetened cocoa
1/2 C Sugar(or sugar substitute)
4 C Milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon Ridgeline Spice Cinnamon Dessert Spice

Our son came up with this delicious Hot Cocoa recipe. Give it a try! Makes about 5 mugs
Directions
Put 1/3 Cup of hot water in a medium saucepan on the stove, turn the heat to med. high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
Add 1/3 Cup of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 Cup of sugar to the boiling water and whisk until thoroughly combined.
Add 4 Cups of milk to the saucepan and whisk together. Stir continuously to make sure the milk doesn’t burn to the bottom and edges of the pan.( do not boil)
Add 1 Tsp. of vanilla extract, and 1 Tbsp Ridgeline Spice Cinnamon Dessert Spice to the saucepan, stir to combine. Once the pan is steaming the hot chocolate is ready to enjoy!
