Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare a sheet pan with a rack and approximately 1” of water covering the bottom of the pan.

  2. Remove the pork loin from the packaging, cut it out of the binding cord if applicable, and score the fat in a criss cross pattern approximately 2” by 2”

  3. Place the pork loin on the rack of the prepared sheet pan fat side up. Melt the butter and pour over the pork loin rubbing into the crevices. Rub the Ridgeline Spice Sweet Bell Pepper Blend all over the pork loin, and cover lightly with aluminum foil.

  4. Place the sheet pan with the prepared pork loin on the center rack of the preheated oven. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and cook an additional 5-10 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 145° F. Allow the pork loin to rest for at least 15 minutes, slice, serve and enjoy!
