Taco Soup
Ingredients
1lb of lean ground beef or 2 chicken breasts
1 medium yellow onion
32oz of chicken stock or chicken bone broth
1 -14 oz can of black beans
1 -14oz can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 -14oz can of corn (optional)
1 -4oz can of diced green chiles
1-2 Tbsp of Ridgeline Spice Taco Seasoning
Directions
This recipe can be thrown in the crockpot altogether, and cooked on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Checking and stirring ingredients occasionally.
In a large pot either boil two chicken breasts or brown 1lb of lean ground beef.
Drain the chicken and shred with a fork. If using ground beef drain the fat and set aside.
