Directions

Place 1lb of ground red meat in the crockpot on low heat mix in 1 Tablespoon Ridgeline Spice Red Meat Seasoning Salt. Put the lid on the slow cooker, and allow to cook for an hour.

While the meat is cooking chop 1 yellow onion, and the red and yellow bell peppers into bite size pieces (about 2”x2”). After the meat has cooked for at least an hour add the onion to the crock pot, stir to combine, and turn up to high. Allow meat and onion to cook for about 30 minutes.

Once the meat and onions have cooked turn the heat back to low on the crockpot. Add the beef stock, drained kidney beans, fire roasted tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, and tomato paste, 1 tablespoon Ridgeline Spice Red Meat Seasoning Salt (optional). Stir the crockpot until everything is combined. Allow to cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally.

**For our Spicy Chili Recipe add the 2 Tablespoons of Ridgeline Spice Habanero Heat Blend, or if you have one spicy family member they can stir a little in their bowl and everyone can enjoy their preferred level of heat!

Once everything is cooked through you can serve with Tuscan Seasoned garlic bread, cheese, sour cream, fresh green onion, or greek yogurt! Enjoy!
