Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs

  • 3/4 Cup of sugar

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Cups pureed sugar pumpkin, or 1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree

  • 2 Tbsp Ridgeline Spice Cinnamon Dessert Spice

  • 1/2 Cup of Whole or 2% milk

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

  • Pie crust of choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F

Beat the eggs and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved. Add the salt, pumpkin, Ridgeline Spice Cinnamon Dessert Spice, milk and heavy cream. Whisk until completely combined.

Pour the pumpkin pie filling into an unbaked pie shell, or graham cracker crust. Place pie on the center rack in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 425. Reduce oven temperature to 350° F and bake for another 45-55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
